I’m Angela, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) + Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who considers a positive relationship with food and your body essential for well-being.

I’m passionate about helping people leave diet rules and restriction behind and find their own unique path to health. A preoccupation with food and body image concerns takes away valuable brain space and energy that could be used fully living and enjoying life but healing is possible!
I provide person-centered, evidence-based care with a whole lot of self-care and self-compassion practices woven throughout. I particularly love using the principles of Intuitive Eating to help my clients with chronic conditions such as PCOS, anxiety, depression, and fibromyalgia find nutrition, stress management, and other supportive lifestyle changes that help you live your best life without restriction.
I have special expertise in plant-based nutrition and have been an ethical vegan for about 17 years. I love to guide people interested in eating more plants in a way that’s stress-free and sustainable, as well as help experienced vegans stay healthy and happy.
